User-generated content (including photos, reflections, dream life text, goals, habits, non-negotiables, vision boards, moments, wins, energy check-ins, and written responses)
Planning content (including weekly or quarterly priorities and reflections)
Preferences and settings (including notification preferences)
You retain ownership of your content. We process your content only as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Providing content is voluntary, but certain features require it to function.
1.2 Payment Information
Subscriptions are processed through third-party platforms such as RevenueCat and the Apple App Store.
We do not collect, store, or have direct access to your payment card information. Payment providers process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
Device information (device type, operating system, language)
App usage data (screens viewed, feature interactions, session duration)
Log data (crash reports, diagnostics, and performance information)
We do not collect precise GPS location data, contact lists, or audio recordings.

You may delete this content at any time within the App.

We may share information with service providers that assist in operating the App, including:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and infrastructure
Apple App Store for billing
RevenueCat for subscription management
These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations requiring appropriate security and confidentiality.

We use limited analytics and diagnostic tools to understand App performance and improve user experience. This may include device type, app version, feature interactions, and crash reports.
We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles or track you across unrelated apps for targeted advertising.
Where required by law, we will obtain consent before enabling non-essential analytics technologies.
6. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
If a security incident occurs and notification is required by law, we will notify affected users as required.
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide the App
Comply with legal obligations

Generally:
Account information is retained while your account is active and for a limited period after closure (typically up to 12 months).
User content is retained while your account is active unless deleted, and may remain in secure backups for up to approximately 90 days.
Technical logs are retained for a limited period (typically 12–24 months).
We may retain aggregated or de-identified information indefinitely.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal and backup limitations.

The App is intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
